For the first time since Q3 2009, small business (SMB) confidence has increased. According to a new MerchantCircle report 35% of small businesses saw 2010 holiday revenue increase Year over Year (YoY) and more than half (57%) of SMBs believe revenues will continue to improve through Q1 2011.
